Situacijos apžvalga

2025 m. kovo 4 d. buvo nustatyta neteisėta veikla, susijusi su el. pašto adresu buhalterija@softera.lt. Gavome pranešimų iš įmonių, kurios gavo netikrus el. laiškus, tariamai siunčiamus iš šio adreso, prašant atlikti mokėjimus ar pateikti konfidencialią informaciją.

Svarbūs faktai

• Mūsų vidinės sistemos nebuvo pažeistos.
• Netikri laiškai buvo siunčiami iš išorinių serverių, apsimetant mūsų domeno vardu.
• Ši problema labiausiai paveikė įmones, kurių el. pašto serveriai nenaudoja SPF patikros*.

 

Atlikti veiksmai

• Apie neteisėtą veiklą Softeros vardu, buvo paskelbta įmonės internetinėje svetainėje ir soc. tinkluose
• Klientai buvo nedelsiant informuoti apie netikrų laiškų pavojų.
• Besikreipiančioms įmonėms atsakyta, kad tai phishing (sukčiavimo) laiškai ir paaiškinta kaip reaguoti.
• Operatyviai atlikta išsami mūsų el. pašto infrastruktūros patikra, patvirtinant, kad jokie vidiniai duomenys nebuvo pažeisti ar nutekinti.
• Pateiktos rekomendacijos klientams dėl SPF įrašų įgalinimo, siekiant ateityje išvengti panašių incidentų.

 

Prevencinės priemonės

Siekiant apsaugoti savo įmonę nuo netikrų laiškų ir sukčiavimo bandymų, rekomenduojame:

1. Įgalinti SPF tikrinimą savo el. pašto sistemoje, kad būtų galima atpažinti ir atmesti neteisėtus laiškus.
2. Nesiimti veiksmų gavus netikėtus prašymus dėl mokėjimų ar konfidencialios informacijos pateikimo, jei nėra aiškaus patvirtinimo.
3. Nepateikite jautrios informacijos el. paštu – mes niekada neprašome atskleisti slaptažodžių, banko duomenų ar kitos konfidencialios informacijos el. laiškais.
4. Esant įtarimui dėl gauto laiško autentiškumo, susisiekti su siunčiančia įmone oficialiais kontaktais.

Situation Overview

On March 4, 2025, unauthorized activity was detected involving the email address buhalterija@softera.lt. We received reports from companies that had received fraudulent emails, seemingly sent from this address, requesting payments or confidential information.

Key Facts

• Our internal systems were not compromised.
• The fraudulent emails were sent from external servers, impersonating our domain.
• This issue primarily affected companies whose email servers do not use SPF verification.

 

Actions Taken

• A public notice about this fraudulent activity was published on our company website and social media.
• Clients were immediately informed about the risks associated with these fraudulent emails.
• Companies that reached out were advised that these were phishing emails, and guidance was provided on how to respond.
• A thorough internal audit of our email infrastructure was conducted, confirming that no internal data was compromised or leaked.
• Clients were provided with recommendations on enabling SPF records to help prevent similar incidents in the future.

 

Preventive Measures

To protect your company from fraudulent emails and phishing attempts, we recommend the following:

• Enable SPF verification in your email system to identify and reject unauthorized emails.
